Description

This practice represents the inclusion of small-scale indoor sports activities, such as ping-pong (or table tennis) and foosball (or table football) in the work environment. The reasons for including these kinds of activities in the workday usually revolve around maintenance of a fun work environment, keeping team morale high and the fight against mental fatigue.
