Informative Workspace

Culture

Description

Having everybody together is a good start, but making the workspace *informative* is even better. Plenty of whiteboards are around for people to sketch ideas, design and describe concepts. There are stacks of blank index cards readily to hand. Your iteration and release planning boards are there for everybody to see. Hand-drawn charts on A1 flip-chart pages adorn the walls.

The result is that, whenever you're in the workspace, you can immediately see what's going on, and you have the information you need to hand, just by glancing up from the screen.
